• All prices are in Saudi riyals and include value-added tax at 15%.
• The prices shown in the store apply to ready-made products. As for made-to-measure work, its price is determined in a separate quote after the dimensions are known.
• We make every effort to keep descriptions and photos accurate; a slight difference in colour shade or surface feel may appear between the photo and the product due to the nature of engineered marble and differences between display screens. This slight difference is not a defect in the product.
• If a clear pricing error appears, we have the right to refuse the order before it ships, notify you, and refund what you paid in full.

Your order is considered an offer to purchase, and it is not confirmed until we confirm it. We may refuse any order if the quantity has run out, delivery to the site proves impractical, or an error appears in the order details.

The available payment methods are clarified on the checkout page. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and we do not store them. In the case of payment on delivery, the amount is settled in full at the time of delivery.

• Delivery is inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The estimated period is clarified at the time of the order, and may be affected by seasons or circumstances beyond our control.
• Made-to-measure work has its period set in the quote after the dimensions and measurements are taken.
• The customer must provide a suitable access point for the installation site. If delivery fails for a reason attributable to the customer, additional delivery attempt fees may be charged.

In accordance with the Saudi e-commerce system, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven days of receiving the product without giving a reason, provided the product is in its original condition, with its complete packaging, and unused.

• Products manufactured or made to measure to the customer’s dimensions or own specifications
• Products that have been assembled, cut or modified
• Products damaged as a result of misuse or installation carried out without our technicians

• Contact us within seven days at info@arabian-eagle.com with your order number.
• We arrange to receive the product and inspect its condition.
• The amount is refunded within fourteen days of our receiving the product, by the same payment method.

If the product proves to be defective or contrary to what you ordered, the cost of returning it is on us, and we replace it or refund the amount in full, at your choice.

We guarantee our work against manufacturing and installation faults for the period clarified in the quote or the invoices. The warranty does not cover misuse, direct heat, abrasive or acidic materials, or modification by another party.

• Store products: the order can be cancelled before it ships, without fees.
• Made-to-measure work: after the dimensions are approved and manufacturing begins, the cost of whatever work and materials have been completed may be charged.

All the site’s contents — texts, project photos, designs and the logo — are the property of Nesr Alorouba. They may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We exercise reasonable care in operating the site and in the accuracy of its content, and we do not guarantee it will be free of interruption or error. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms restricts any right granted to you by the law in force in the Kingdom.

We bear no liability for delay or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as supply-chain interruptions, government decisions or natural disasters.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the city of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms, and the last-updated date appears at the top of the page. The terms in force at the time an order is placed apply to it.
