Privacy Policy

Nesr Alorouba for Engineered Marble and Kitchens — Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, Al Difa district. We are the entity responsible for the data mentioned in this policy, and we can be reached at info@arabian-eagle.com or by phone at ‎+966 55 262 1243.

We do not collect any personal data from simply browsing the site. Data is collected in only three cases:

1. Requesting a quote

• Name
• Mobile number
• City
• The project type, its dimensions and its details
• Any file or photo you attach, optionally

2. Buying from the store

• Name, delivery address, mobile number and email
• The order details, the amount and the payment method used

We do not store your card details. When an electronic payment gateway is added, card details are entered directly with the payment provider — they never pass through our servers and we never see them at any stage.

3. Technical data

The server records standard operational data such as the IP address, the browser type and the request time, used only to secure the site and diagnose faults. To protect the quote request form from automated submissions, we store a hashed IP address that cannot be traced back to the original address.

• Replying to quote requests and preparing a proposal suited to your project
• Executing orders, delivering them and following up after the sale
• Issuing invoices and meeting the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
• Improving the site and handling technical problems

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not send promotional messages to anyone who has only requested a quote.

We process your data in reliance on your explicit consent when submitting the form, or to perform a sales contract in which you are a party, or to comply with statutory obligations such as keeping invoices. The date of your consent is recorded with your request.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or exchange it for marketing purposes. Sharing is limited to whoever is necessary to deliver the service:

• The shipping company — the name, address and mobile number, for delivering the order only
• The payment provider — transaction data, processed under its own policy and PCI DSS standards
• The hosting and email provider — under the site’s operating contract, and within contractual limits
• The competent authorities — where there is a binding statutory order

• Quote requests: two years from the last contact, then deleted
• Orders and invoices: six years, in compliance with the tax record-keeping requirements
• Server logs: a short period, for operation and security purposes

The site uses the minimum of them:

• Essential cookies — to keep the contents of the shopping cart and to complete the purchase; the store does not work without them
• A preference cookie — to remember display choices such as product sorting

We do not use advertising-tracking cookies, and we do not share your browsing behaviour with advertising parties. You can delete these cookies or block them from your browser settings, noting that blocking the essential cookies stops the cart and payment from working.

We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, restricting access to the control panel to whoever needs it for their work, and updating the software and its additions first and foremost. With that, no party can guarantee absolute security on the Internet, and we commit to notifying you and notifying the competent authority in the event of an incident affecting your data.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to:

• Know how your data is collected and used
• Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction where it is inaccurate or incomplete
• Deletion once it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected
• Withdraw consent at any time, without retrospective effect on processing that took place before the withdrawal

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@arabian-eagle.com, and we will reply within thirty days. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may submit a complaint to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

The site is directed at adults, and we do not intentionally collect data from anyone under twelve. If we learn that such data has been collected, we delete it immediately.

We may update this policy when our services or the statutory requirements change, and the last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Fundamental changes are notified to whoever holds an account or a standing request.
